Abstract

Cites a number of samples to illustrate the variety of heating applied in English churches and cathedrals, which may consist of panel heating, electic heating and heating by radiators or fan convectors or a combination of these two methods. Additional details are provided regarding the panel heating and fan convectors plus boiler plant used for heating a modern cathedral in Liverpool.
